DESCRIPTION:Welcome to a yoga and wellness retreat, created from the deepest Ibizan roots.\nCome discover the magic of this island with the help of our team.\nIt will take place on April 28, 29, 30 and May 1, in a beautiful villa located between Ibiza town and Santa Eulalia, one of the quietest areas surrounded by nature and close to the most reserved coves of the Pitiusa island..\nThe accommodation will include full pension, enjoying every day with the amazing vegan / vegetarian cuisine from Wendy, our professional chef, creator of “Wendy love bites,”.\nAmong the activities that will take place these days, we will have the practice of 4 different styles of yoga (Hatha / Vinyasa / Yin / Nidra) taught by the Ibizan teacher Tamara from Calma Yoga Ibiza and we will also enjoy guided meditations with different approaches.\nOne of the days we’ll meet at sunset to immerse ourselves in a magical bath of sound, using white quartz bowls as guides on this trip.\nWe will have the opportunity to discover the hidden routes within the island, exploring the magical surrounding landscapes.\nJoining us for the week we have our physiotherapist Yaiza Ruiz with whom we will enjoy an individual massage, working the body with manual therapy and healing techniques. In addition, during the retreat she will guide us in a group session of Face Yoga.\nAnd for our last evening of this wonderful meeting, during the last supper we’ll be lucky enough to vibrate to the sound of live music\n
